This project is a documentation of a comparative ethnographic study I made between India and Senegal, during my visit to the latter. I drew several parallels between the food, food practices, language, lifestyles and community practices in both the countries. Through this, I decoded the geographical, historical, cultural and economic similarities between India and Senegal. I depicted my reflections through hand-drawn illustrations and combined them in a printed journal. The project was exhibited at Route Artlantique- A Senegalese Exchange, which ran parallel to the London Design Festival.
